A bit about me

executive coach

Hi!  I’m Tracey, I’m a forty ‘something’ Mum of two, living in South East London.  I am also a Strategic Media Communications Specialist, Leader, Manager, Thinking Partner, Listener and an ICF Accredited Transformational Coach.

During my twenty-year career in Media and Communications, I have worked with some of the most iconic household and media brands, developing and delivering communications strategies in order to achieve their business objectives.  At the very heart of this has always been great relationships with cross discipline teams, clients, agency partners and peers.

For the last thirteen years, I also faced into the daily battle of trying to become a Mum and the last ten years being a full time working mother - constantly trying to balance all that the two jobs bring.  I share this because I believe strongly that all facets of our journeys are important; bringing with them different stories to tell and lessons to be learned – be that parent, professional or personal.

My approach to coaching is one of zero judgment, deep listening, exploration, challenge and thinking. I help my clients to understand the beliefs and behaviours that may well be blocking them from achieving their goals.  Having that knowledge in our back pocket then allows us to develop strategies to make change and go ahead and achieve those goals – be it personal or professional!

What my clients have to say

‘A skilled and relatable thinking partner’

‘I have really valued my journey of self discovery through Tracey's coaching. This has been the most important year for me in terms of understanding myself - particularly my blind spots, limiting beliefs and what I need to thrive. I have more empathy for myself than I did before meeting Tracey, as well as skills such as the ability to think through what I want from a particular situation and what my longer term goals are. Tracey has shone a light onto how I can rethink some of my hardwired habits which will definitely help me unlock areas of creativity and joy, and allow me to approach life in a more balanced way. I would recommend anyone to Tracey that needs a skilled and relatable thinking partner to help them live a more fulfilling and purposeful life’

‘I have a much more positive outlook on my life’

‘I came to Tracey at probably one of the lowest points in my life, I was feeling very lost, not seen, and without much direction of where to take my business and my life. Through working with Tracey I have much more thoughtful and positive outlook on my life. She is such a beautifully patient space holder and so nurturing. I felt held and connected to her.  Truly gifted, and I feel very grateful to be working with her.’

‘The Sessions helped me rebuild my confidence’

I had hit ‘confidence’ rock bottom, across all elements of my life, when I started coaching with Tracey – parenting, friendships, work. Tracey’s sessions allowed me to talk through issues that were overpowering my thoughts, preventing me from thinking rationally.

the sessions allowed me to work through my feelings and thoughts, which in turn, helped me rebuild my confidence, until I finally felt me again.

I feel strongly about the positive benefits of this form of coaching. To have someone, independent of your day to day life, to talk through your fears and worries, is more beneficial than you could ever imagine.

‘working with Tracey has been such an enabling process’

Tracey is a friendly and effective coach, her approach to coaching has enabled me to work independently on resolving challenges in between sessions – working with Tracey has been such an enabling process which I would really recommend you try – even if you don’t think you need it!
